hi, i’m em.

i’m a philly-based baker with a love for soft pretzels and a love for laminated dough. i operate out of a production kitchen in NE philadelphia, and i’m known for my creative takes on classic viennoiserie, philly-style pretzels with a proper lye-dip, & course the occasional experiment.

this project is built on care, curiosity, and a lot of butter. i take pride in my connection to community and commitment to ethical and authentic business practices. every bake is made with the kind of attention you can taste.

you’ll find my treats at local pop-ups & some markets around the city, and for pre-order on my hotplate website. i take custom and can consider wholesale accounts. welcome & stay silly.
